Required Qualifications:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy
• Completion of a PGY1 pharmacy residency program or equivalent experience involving direct patient care
• Eligible for pharmacist licensure in Illinois
• Meeting all requirements for employment by the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC), including successful completion of a background check

• A letter of intent describing how the completion of this program would meet career goals
• Curriculum vitae (CV)
• Example of a recently written project

Application deadline: April 21, 2023, with preference to candidates who submit a completed application by March 22, 2023

Qualified candidates are invited for an on-site interview during January and early February. All candidates will be notified regarding the decision before the deadline for the rank order list of Match Phase I.
